Job Summary :
The KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers, creators, and KOLs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role focuses on planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, recruit, and onboard suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with brand objectives
Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies and campaign plans
Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, including negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and timelines
Coordinate product seeding, briefing, and content guidelines for KOLs
Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and prepare performance reports
Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and talent agencies
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign management
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
Experience in e-commerce or live selling is a plus
