BPO Customer Support - Day Shift

Job Summary :

We are hiring BPO Customer Support Agents for Day Shift. You will assist customers through calls, email, or chat, providing accurate information and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound customer inquiries

Provide product / service information and solutions

Record customer interactions accurately

Meet daily performance and quality metrics

Qualifications :

At least 18 years old

Good English communication skills

High school graduate or higher

Customer service experience is a plus

Willing to work Day Shift (8 AM–5 PM / 9 AM–6 PM)
