Job descriptionLead all finance functions : accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems to support multiple businesses. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Provide regular financial reporting and insights to the CEO and management teams. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax requirements. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team. Partner with business heads to evaluate new projects, investments, and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- CPA or CFA preferred, with at least 8–10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to manage shared services across multiple entities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High integrity and ability to influence at executive level.
