JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s degree holder

✨ With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR / Company Nurse

✨Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

✨Amenable to attend face to face interview

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

✨Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

✨Handle government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding taxes, including timely remittance and reporting.

✨Monitor and maintain accurate records of employees’ attendance, leaves, and overtime.

✨Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.

✨Assist in employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.

✨Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.

✨Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and development.

✨Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
