Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations
- Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other relevant government dues.
- Maintain effective coordination with external auditors, accounting consultants, and government agencies.
- Review financial statements and reports to confirm accuracy and compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Supervise accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and moth-end / year-end closing activities
- Prepare and validate supporting schedules for audits and government inspections.
- Monitor PEZA / BOI incentive compliance and reporting.
- Lead the execution and evaluation of internal control systems.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team; and perform general administrative tasks
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy; CPA license required.4+ years of accounting or audit experience, preferably in public accounting firms.Preferably experienced with PEZA and / or BOI-registered companies.Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and reporting requirements.Proficient in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.What you'll get :
