Job descriptionWith 5-7+ years of functional experience in the Retail & E-commerce industry At least one full life cycle ERP / Retail Software implementation experience. Strong knowledge and experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in the relevant industry. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions. Technical proficiency to understand and explain product features and benefits. Prior experience as a Solution Architect (Presales Consulting) will be preferred
Our client is one of Asia's leading Omni-channel Retail and E-commerce Solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Design client-specific product solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
- Assist sales with client requirement understanding and technical support.
- Offer technical guidance on product specs and compatibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Align client needs with internal product development and marketing.
- Lead product demonstrations for at seminars / conferences / solution forums / exhibitions to showcase the ETP solutions.
- Contribute to compelling proposal creation.
- Respond promptly to RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs.
- Maintain motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
- Work effectively independently and in team settings.
