Job Summary : The Sales Relations Manager is responsible for building and managing strong relationships with sales networks, brokers, and clients to drive property sales and ensure sustained business growth. This role oversees sales engagement programs, partner development initiatives, and customer relationship strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with accredited brokers, agents, and partner networks.
Develop programs and incentives to enhance broker engagement and sales performance.
Ensure timely communication of new projects, pricing, and sales updates to the network.
2. Sales Operations & Coordination
Support the execution of sales strategies aligned with company objectives and targets.
Monitor sales performance per project and recommend actions to drive conversion.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure sales collaterals, events, and promos are effectively executed.
3. Client Relations
Manage key client accounts and ensure excellent post-sales service and follow-through.
Address client concerns and escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments.
Strengthen repeat sales and referrals through customer satisfaction initiatives.
4. Events & Engagement
Plan and organize broker assemblies, training, site tours, and client appreciation events.
Represent the company in property launches, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyze sales performance, broker productivity, and client feedback.
Provide management with reports on trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
At least 5-8 years of experience in sales or broker relations within the real estate industry .
Strong network of brokers, agents, and real estate professionals in the Philippines.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Results-driven and customer-focused with a high sense of ownership.
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Strong presentation and public relations skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, project, and legal teams.
