Work Experience :
- At least 1 year of coaching or team leadership experience in sales (preferably within a call center environment)
- Proven experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas across various products
- Strong objection handling skills
- Negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems, QA tools, and Excel dashboards
Job Responsibilities :
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents, focusing on closing techniques, overcoming objections, and script adherenceCollaborate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to align coaching priorities with overall business goalsEnsure agents follow client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and meet quality standardsReview and analyze daily and weekly performance reports
