As Area Sales Manager - GMA, you will achieve your monthly, quarterly, and annual territory AOP targets while driving growth versus the previous year. You will ensure 100% compliance in managing branded retail, fleet accounts, subdealer coverage, and all end-to-end execution requirements. You will also maintain full compliance in submitting complete and accurate sales reports.
What You'll Do
You will plan, implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance in achieving territory AOP targets per account and territory, with forecast accuracy across sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out for retail, fleet, and sub-dealer channels.
You will plan, implement, and execute initiatives to maximize sell-through by creating new partnerships or establishing new stores within your assigned area.
You will manage accounts end-to-end by applying Retail Excellence best practices across store design and fit-out, customer service, retail training, retail marketing, consumer loyalty programs, and promotions, while driving continual monitoring and improvement.
You will implement and ensure 100% compliance with coverage plans and reporting guidelines, including full coverage of sub-dealer accounts in your territory.
You will ensure continuous monitoring of competitive activities that may impact dealer sales and will address all consumer feedback—including performance concerns and adjustment claims—to maintain customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or have equivalent training.
You have at least three years of experience in field operations, key account management, and business development.
You demonstrate strong negotiation skills and solid interpersonal abilities.
You communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
You maintain high personal integrity and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
You work well both independently and as part of a team.
You possess basic tire product knowledge.

You have experience in retail and wholesale sales or key account management.
You contribute skills in operations management and people development.
You have completed training such as ISO (5S), field sales operations, and small / medium / modern trade account programs.
