We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our team as an IT Solutions & AI Development Specialist. The role requires strong foundational IT knowledge, solution development skills, and a forward-looking approach to emerging technologies, particularly AI, machine learning, and large language models. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates critical thinking, and can design, document, and deliver robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end software development, including :
• Gathering and analysing business requirements
• Creating documentation, process flows, and solution architecture plans
• Developing and testing solutions (compilation, debugging, amendment, and deployment readiness)
• Conducting stakeholder education and training on deployed systems
• Managing deployment, maintenance, and technical support post-launch
• Design and build robust and scalable solutions that align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs for efficient system interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Apply CI / CD principles to streamline build, test, and release processes.
• Maintain high standards of software quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in AI, LLM-based tools, and cloud-based development environments.

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

Benefits

1.  Monthly Salary : PHP 65,000

2.   Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3.   You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4.   Probation : 6 months and after Probation

5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation

6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Annual Salary Review

8. Laptop provided after 30 days

9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES : 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday

Requirements

Essential Competencies Self-starter with the ability to work independently and unsupervised. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Formal IT qualifications (degree or equivalent), or Microsoft-specific certifications. Solid understanding of solution development processes, including requirement gathering, architecture design, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP / IP, network topology). Competence in desktop and server software environments. Ability to apply computational thinking, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with secure coding practices and data protection principles. Experience with documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder communication. Desirable Competencies Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript). Experience with distributed version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of APIs, structured data handling, and integration workflows. Awareness of build automation, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, NLP, and LLM applications. Experience in UI / UX design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. Highly Regarded (Bonus Skills) Python programming expertise, including the ability to write bespoke autonomous agents. Familiarity with containerisation (e.g., Docker) and cloud-based environments. Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools in production environments.
