Job Description :

You will be responsible for the entire process from creating shipment plans with our overseas group companies (in Japan, the USA, and China) to developing internal production plans. This is a highly rewarding role where you will communicate with numerous internal and external stakeholders to establish the optimal production and supply system.

Key Responsibilities :

・Coordinate Shipment Plans with Overseas Bases : Communicate with representatives in Japan, the USA, and China via email and online meetings to adjust delivery dates and create shipment schedules.

・Develop Internal Production Plans : Based on the finalized shipment plans, collaborate with the internal manufacturing department to formulate the production schedule.

・Manage and Adjust Progress : Monitor daily production status and revise or adjust plans as necessary.
