The Opportunity We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in Australian life insurance and strong client-facing and technical skills. This role is well suited to someone who has already built a strong BA foundation and is ready to take the next step, working closely with clients and technical teams on complex insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Support requirement gathering and analysis for life insurance projects.
• Work with senior BAs and solution teams to document user stories, functional specs, and business processes.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify needs and confirm requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Analyse and document system behaviour, data flows, and integration needs.
• Participate in workshops, client demos, and solution validation sessions.

A skilled Power Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and the ability to create custom applications and workflows that enhance business processes What You'll Do : Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps. Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). Create and manage data visualizations and reports using Power BI. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone who : Essential : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service). Experience needed : 3–5 years mid to senior-level experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role Desirable : Microsoft Power Platform Certifications. Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services.
