OJT- Sales Admin
Job summary :
He / She is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving physical documents in an efficient, accurate, and confidential manner. This role ensures that records are properly categorized, filed and accessible in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job responsibilities :
- Sort, organize and file documents alphabetically, numerically, chronologically, or by other systems.
- Retrieve files or documents upon request and ensure they are returned to the proper place.
- Maintain filing systems (physical) to ensure accuracy, accessibility and security.
- Label files and folders appropriately and update filing as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to file management.
- Assist with archiving and shredding of outdated documents following retention schedules.
Job qualifications :
College level (any related business course)- OJTAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude.Working conditions :
