Intake of invoices and comparison to contractual terms Management of approval process for invoices Recording of invoices in Quickbooks online Reconciliation of detailed daily banking transactions (knowledge of bank   accounting a major plus) Conversion of banking activity into P&L and Balance Sheet changes Working with outside accounting firm on audited financials Developing and delivering financial reporting to executive management Ideal Candidates Have : Preferably a Certified Public Accountant US CPA is a plus 5 Years of Accounting Experience Exposed to using ERPs - Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP Experience in Banking Industry is major plus Amenable to work on a hybrid arrangement Willing to work on graveyard shift   Powered by JazzHR
