Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager / Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our crypto casino projects. You will be responsible for managing the full marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention — across all key channels including paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in the iGaming industry, and experience managing remote teams while optimizing for ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition and retention
  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Report on performance and present actionable insights to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with crypto and iGaming marketing regulations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms)
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, native ads)
  • Affiliate network management experience
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the US market
