Job Description
The CMO will lead the development of marketing campaigns, manage the hospital's digital presence, and collaborate with internal teams to create a cohesive and patient-focused marketing approach. The role requires an innovative leader who can use data-driven strategies to position the hospital as a trusted healthcare provider in the community.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy Development :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's overall objectives.
Brand Management :
Strengthen and maintain the hospital's brand identity, ensuring it reflects the hospital's mission, values, and commitment to patient care.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence :
Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Patient Acquisition & Retention :
Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients, including outreach campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Market Research & Analysis :
Conduct regular market research to understand patient needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Team Leadership & Collaboration :
Lead and develop the marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Community Engagement & Partnerships :
Establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to promote the hospital's services and build community trust.
Budget Management :
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications : Education :
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of 15-20 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive-level marketing role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
