Job description

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
Experience in payroll or HR generalist role
Familiar with PH labor laws and government requirements
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel
With at least 1-2 years of HR experience

Responsibilities :

Assist with HR activities and employee engagement and collect pre-employment requirements

Maintain 201 files (physical and digital) and handle employee queries and requests (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, loans)

Prepare reports (attendance, headcount, payroll)

Monitor staff attendance and billing and process SSS claims and reimbursements and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
