Job description️ At least graduate in Supply Chain, Office Administration or any related courses ️ Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage ️ Familiarity with warehouse management systems and stock monitoring ️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment ️ Good physical condition to handle stock checks and inspections ️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities :
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing stocks for accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation and system updates for inventory transactions
- Conduct physical inspections to maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient stock movement
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the warehouse supervisor
