Opportunity Overview :

The Laboratory Calibration Engineer performs calibrations and intermediate checks by following approved work instructions and standard methods. The role focuses on accurate measurement execution careful handling of equipment proper documentation and adherence to ISO / IEC 17025 and TCL procedures.

• Performs instrument and equipment calibrations with precision following established procedures and industry standards.
• Reviews and verifies calibration records for format accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Flags anomalies out-of-tolerance results or equipment malfunctions and escalate to the Senior Calibration Engineer for disposition
• Supports routine preventive maintenance tasks for reference standards including cleaning visual checks and status
• Assists in scheduling and status tracking for incoming UUTs and calibration queues to maintain throughput
• Participates in proficiency studies and intermediate checks; collect and analyze data and provide actionable feedback on procedures and tooling ergonomics.
• Recommends improvement to labeling documentation and workstation layout using 5S principles supporting continuous improvement initiative
