A Dealer Sales Trainer who will design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and dealership processes
- Customize training materials based on organizational needs
- Create engaging content such as manuals, presentations, videos, and training modules
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions for sales staff
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance performance and support career development
