Job description

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide day-to-

day and high-level support to our executive / manager. The role involves managing schedules, handling

communications, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and assisting with both administrative and

personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

 Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

 Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive

 Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents

 Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business activities

 Maintain filing systems and manage confidential records

 Assist with personal tasks and drive the executive to appointments / events when required

QUALIFICATIONS :

At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

 Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Outlook preferred)

 Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license

 Professional, trustworthy, and discreet in handling sensitive information

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
