Overview
Our client is a multinational company that specializes in providing pipe and fittings systems for HVAC applications across various industries. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for their Philippines business.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and visit Owners, Consultants and Contractors to promote products / systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Pursue and obtain acceptance in specifications of products / systems by Owners, Consultants and Contractors.
- Promote products in the territory through seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support.
- Manage local distributors and ensure information flow is maintained.
- Visit job sites, follow up installation procedures with contractors, and train contractor personnel in usage and installation.
- Provide weekly activity reports and marketing intelligence for the territory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in products / system solutions for the construction market.Based in Manila.Strong communication skills and professional appearance; high proficiency in written and spoken English.Familiarity with the HVAC / piping business is a plus, or ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, objective-driven and results-oriented.Seniority level
