Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of any 4 yrs bachelors degree.
• 2-5 yrs experience in Non-Motor Claims or having prior experience in a claims department or working with insurance claims can be a significant advantage.
• Prior customer service and loss adjustment experience, preferably in an insurance company or adjustment company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with claims management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Claims Adjuster (Motor)

Responsible for conducting motor claims vehicle inspection and preparing claims adjustment reports; Provide technical advice to motorcar policyholders and claimants regarding claims and

vehicle repair procedures. Coordinate with repair shops and discuss agrees on the repair process(scope of works) as well as costing of parts and ensure repairs are based on the agreed repair rates. Monitors development of repairs and ensures that the qualities of repairs were not compromised. Required to operate within the framework of policies standard, objectives and budgets.
