Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs
Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
Preparing detailed reports on customer requirements
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
Additional store manager duties as needed
Qualifications :
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Course
Experience in store supervising
People Management Skill
Computer literacy (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to be assigned in Mitsukoshi, BGC Taguig
