  • Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate reports, strong internal controls, and tax compliance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the finance team while coordinating with other departments.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and improve fiscal discipline.
  • Manage and optimize accounting systems (Sage 50, QuickBooks) and related processes.

    • Skills requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in accountancy
    • With 5 years of experience in general accounting and internal controls
    • With 5 years of experience in tax compliance and people management
    • Willing to work in Pasig City
