Internal Quality Auditor

The Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Lead Auditor shall be responsible for developing, implementing, communicating, training and maintaining the Quality Management Systems (QMS) of the company, shall be responsible for the preparation of Audit of the QMS of the company.

Functions :

Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of QMS programs, policies, processes, procedures and ensure compliance to the established standards and guidelines.

Oversees the conduct of site audit (document reviews, preparation of audit checklists, pre-audit data gathering, if needed).

Assign Internal Auditors to conduct and audit and ensures the independency of processes being audited.

Evaluates audit evidences, prepares audit results and reports audit results to the top management during Management Review meetings.

In charge of planning the conduct of the audit, preparation of Audit Program and Audit Plan, Implementation of site audits (interview with auditees, observation of activities , verification of records), as needed.

Ensures that all documents relevant to the QMS are properly reviewed, approved, revised, properly maintained and available at all points of use.

Ensures compliance to continuous training and orientation on QMS.

Represents the company in quality system related negotiations with regulatory bodies and government unit.

Responsible in developing continual quality improvements and other initiatives.

Responsible for the project audit, monitoring and assessment whether ongoing or incoming projects of the company.

Responsible for the quality checking of the incoming raw materials to ensure that every products used in project is in compliance to the standard and requirement of the company client

Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications :

• Graduate of any four (4) years course
• ISO awareness & documentation
• With 2-5 years Experience in ISO
• Decision making skills
• Interpersonal relations
