Talent Development Assistant

This position plays a key role in supporting the Learning experience at our company. It is responsible for providing a range of administrative and coordination support to the Learning team. This role reports into the Talent Development Coordinator and we are looking for someone eager to grow and learn in this role and take on an Apprenticeship to further their career development after passing their probation.

• Provide end-to-end administrative support for Talent Development activities and processes.
• Manage team calendar and provide support for meeting and event coordination, including room bookings, venue coordination, meals and other supplementary needs.
• Manage participant event attendance and ad-hoc enquiries from delegates, including regular updated to the wider talent development team
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the Learning Experience Platform / Learning Management System, including reporting and

data input.
