JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Account Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and executing account planning and strategic planning to maximize business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's product lines, from the run rate of laptops, PCs, printers, accessories, to enterprise solutions’ network, security, power, UPS, audio-video products, manpower services, managed services, servers, and storage. The Senior Account Associate must proactively identify sales opportunities, ensure customer engagement, and contribute to a positive total customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field. .5+ years of experience in sales, account management.Experience managing key accounts.Excellent verbal and written communication for high-level presentations, proposals, and negotiations.With strong background and familiarity in IT related products and services and ability to understand complex IT solutions and services.Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects and clients.Can excellently communicate and express in written and oral.Can handle escalations or account-level issues with professionalism and urgency.
