Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Account Associate to join our BPO team. The role involves supporting healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients by handling inquiries, processing claims, verifying insurance details, or managing medical billing. Candidates should be familiar with healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and / or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services.
Assist patients and providers with inquiries about insurance coverage, benefits, claims, billing, and authorizations.
Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility for services.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive data.
Update and maintain accurate records in the system.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Meet performance metrics such as accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
