Our Trade Finance team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Trade Finance Sales Manager .
In this role you will originate, structure, and close trade finance deals - both traditional and structured - to support clients working capital needs, while serving as a product specialist and advisor to Relationship Managers. You'll also help drive EastWest Banks goal of becoming a center of excellence in Trade Finance by expanding product adoption and deepening client engagement.

What the role will entail
- Identify, structure, and execute trade finance opportunities including Supply Chain Finance, Dealer Finance, and Receivables Finance programs.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers on portfolio reviews, facility utilization, and client engagements to drive upsell and cross-sell of trade products.
- Conduct client meetings and presents tailored trade finance solutions based on business needs, including facilitating supplier roadshows and buyer / dealer caravans.
- Partner with Credit, Legal, Implementation, and Operations teams to assess feasibility, ensure risk alignment, and support end-to-end deal execution.
- Coach Relationship Managers on trade finance offerings, use cases, and cross-sell opportunities to build internal knowledge and capability.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to recommend product, pricing, and process enhancements for trade finance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, support strategic planning activities, and contribute to digital trade platform enhancements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, International Trade or related field; Master's Degree an advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in Trade Finance, with at least 23 years in structured trade finance (e.g., Supply Chain, Receivables, Dealer / Distributorship Finance); with strong knowledge of trade products such as LCs, Guarantees, and Export BillsProven ability to lead end-to-end structured trade finance deals and design tailored solutions for mid-market, large corporate, and multinational clientsProven ability to structure, price, and present traditional and structured trade finance solutions; skilled in preparing client-facing proposals and translating trade mandates into actionable implementation plansStrong cross-functional coordination skills (Credit, Legal, Operations) with working knowledge of SCF platforms, digital onboarding workflows, and key trade finance metrics such as working capital drivers and cash conversion cyclesWhat you can expect from joining our team
