Overview

Vivanti Advantage is an e-commerce enabler handling end to end e-commerce solutions for companies that are looking to scale / build their e-commerce presence. We are behind Ellana Cosmetics and a portfolio that includes frozen food, packed food, health and wellness, fashion, and sporting goods.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects for the organization.
  • Estimate funds required for short- and long-term financial objectives.
  • Create financial reports, lead month-end closing, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
  • Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting plans.
  • Optimize debt and equity mix to minimize cost and maximize operating profit.
  • Strategize fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Make prudent investments to maximize returns.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive business performance.
  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
  • Evaluate financial performance and measure returns on investments.
  • Assess risks involved in financial activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management and Management Accounting.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the related field.
  • Skills in QuickBooks or any online accounting system.
  • Skills in general accounting, taxation, with experience in retail and service industries.
