The Sales Executive works under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales and plays a key role in supporting the organization’s overall sales strategy. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities of the sales team, which includes Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and fellow Sales Executives. The role involves leading sales initiatives, conducting training sessions, and executing action plans aligned with the Marketing Plan.
The ideal candidate must be a college graduate with at least one year of experience as a Sales Assistant. He / she should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus and service orientation, effective organizational and time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
