TASQ is looking to hire for the CS CoE Center of Excellence Assistant Manager role ASAP.

  • Position : CS - Center of Excellence Assistant Manager (Taguig)

  • Developing process definitions or frameworks for coaching, training, reporting, governance, and workforce management.
  • Implementing process improvements and creating process frameworks.
  • Requirements :
  • At least 5 years of experience in the BPO sector with a focus on customer service.
  • Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience managing a customer service team.
  • A college degree in any field.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
  • Must be available to work onsite in BGC Taguig.
  • Able to start immediately.
