We are seeking a Technical Support & Automation VA with strong problem-solving skills and a systems mindset. This role goes beyond ticket resolution, you will help transform our support function into an AI-powered, scalable operation .
You will handle day-to-day technical support while identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve response times, and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 10 support tickets per day
- Work daily within HubSpot (ticketing, CRM, and documentation)
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions
- Document recurring issues, fixes, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to automate support responses and workflows
- Build and manage email automations for common support cases
- Recommend tools or systems to reduce manual support workload
- Collaborate with the sales team when technical support overlaps with sales needs
