As the Sales Manager, HORECA, you will be responsible for the leading the account management and business development for key hotels, restaurants, and casinos in the Philippines market. You will drive revenue growth, foster key account relationships, and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.
Account and Channel Management
- Achieve individual and team annual sales target.
- Establish and manage good relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
- Maintain effective and smooth trade relationship with key accounts via day-to-day operations to optimize operational effectiveness, business performance and goodwill.
- Develop new business to expand distribution of our core brands.
- Focus on efficient portfolio strategy with strong optimal distribution of our iconic brands.
- Manage business performance in relation to agreed business objective, brand priorities and product / pricing strategies.
- Continuous implementation of agreed strategies derived from the Brand Plans. Ensure most appropriate coverage of all current and potential key accounts by reviewing and managing pricing, distribution, stock in trade, visual merchandising, promotion execution and other sales related activities.
Promotion and Activation
Support channel strategy and implement activations to deliver strong brand communication, consumer experience and commercial objectives.Ensure POS, visibility and merchandising are properly conducted in each outlet.Develop Joint business planning with key accounts. Work closely with Trade Marketing team on Commercial Planning.Work closely with the Marketing Team to evaluate methods to improve promotions effectiveness and operational efficiencies.Drive Champagne and Wine growth through new listings, consumer experience, events and activations with outlets.Analysis and Reporting
Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis.Actively collect and share trade comments from key account clients and channel team members.Identify and advise sales opportunities and risks.Team Management
Lead the HORECA account managers to achieve sales target and common KPI.Lead the team to be Ambassadors of the Moet Hennessy Brands with strong product knowledge and exceptional storytelling.Profile
Relevant experience and proven track record of at least 7 years in sales, business development and / or account management.Relevant experience and knowledge in the hospitality, luxury and / or FMCG will be an advantage.Strong knowledge of spirits, champagnes, and wines. WSET certification preferred.Strong understanding of hotel and restaurants including market dynamics, trends, and competitor landscape in the Philippines.Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple prioritiesReady for a world of possibilities?
