Job descriptionEnsure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets Generate management reports and variance analyses Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation Monitor cost accounting processes for manufacturing or logistics operations Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (Non-CPA) Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Knowledge of local tax codes, financial reporting standards, and audit procedures
ACCOUNTING OFFICER AND ACCOUNTING STAFF
Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight :
o Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
o Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
o Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Team Leadership :
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AR / AP officers and bookkeepers
- Delegate tasks and review outputs for accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development
