SAP Tech Dev Technology Lead / BTP Associate Director

Role Responsibilities

• ADs will be involved in the development from offshore for enhancements, delivery of projects and provide support to our clients.
• Occasional Onshore delivery is possible depending on the scope of the client and the projects
• Reports to the Offshore Senior Manager / Associate Director.
• Responsible for the delivery of work assigned to them and work coordinated with their functional stake holders during build and testing.
• Work closely with work stream functional consultants, solution engineers and solution experts in resolving issues raised and ensuring developed IT solutions are compliant with design / requirements
• Able to estimate and contribute to the requirement analysis, design, build and test of SAP BTP developments.
• Responsible for delivering from offshore on time, on schedule, within scope and adopting industry best practice and quality
• Adopt the Development and unit testing of SAP BTP Developments, SAP BTP services according to quality standards prescribed.
• Involved in the RFP and architect level discussion with the client and respective stakeholders.
• Work as technical architect and providing leading practice recommendation towards solution development.
• Should be able to mentor team members and coach them.
• Should participate in the innovations and bring value addition to our clients and organization.
