At least 2 years exp as Real Time Analyst in a BPO setup

Good communication skills
Skills : Preferrably knowledgeable with PowerBI
Responsibilities :
Real-time Monitoring : Continuously observe agent activity, call volumes, and queue levels using specialized software.
Staffing Adjustments : Make necessary changes to agent schedules, such as altering break times or shifting resources, to maintain optimal staffing.
Performance Evaluation : Monitor agent adherence to schedules and performance to identify any deviations or issues that could impact service levels.
Problem Resolution : Identify and address real-time problems like system outages, routing issues, or unexpected spikes in volume.
