We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Director to join Q2 HR Solutions , a leading manpower and staffing firm known for delivering innovative workforce strategies. This leadership role will oversee daily operations with a strong emphasis on client acquisition, account management, recruitment processes, and sales execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning operational goals with business objectives, optimizing performance across departments, and driving service excellence for clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Operations : Oversee daily operations across recruitment, sales, and account management teams; align business processes with strategic goals to ensure efficiency and growth; design and implement scalable systems and workflows for optimal performance.
- Sales & Business Development : Lead client acquisition efforts and expand the customer base; drive business development initiatives and market penetration strategies; collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and conversion.
- Account Management : Maintain and grow key client relationships; serve as escalation point for critical accounts; track contractual obligations and client KPIs.
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning : Supervise recruitment delivery across multiple sectors; optimize talent sourcing processes for quality and efficiency; monitor labor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly; manage cross-functional department leads and foster team cohesion; develop training and mentorship programs to strengthen leadership pipeline; cultivate a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Establish metrics for revenue, delivery timelines, and team effectiveness; track recruitment quality, client retention, and service delivery benchmarks; analyze data for operational improvement and strategic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)7+ years in operations leadership within staffing, recruitment, or RPO environmentsStrong background in sales, account management, and talent acquisitionProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver on KPIsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilitiesCRM proficiency and digital workflow experience (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, ATS systems)Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsOther
