Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? National Search Group Inc. is seeking a Remote Recruitment & HR Specialist to join our team. Unlike traditional administrative roles, this position is proactive and high-impact. You won't be hiding behind "blind" resumes; instead, you will be the first point of contact for active applicants. You will review live submissions in real-time, pick up the phone, and engage with candidates immediately to move top talent through our pipeline.
To excel here, you must have exceptional organizational skills, a keen ear for talent, and the confidence to conduct live screenings. You will manage candidate profiles, track internal HR data, and ensure our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated with precision.

Responsibilities
Live Candidate Engagement : Review live applications as they are submitted and immediately initiate outbound calls to qualified candidates.
Active Screening : Conduct "on-the-spot" screening calls to vet candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Pipeline Management : Swiftly move qualified applicants to the next phase of the hiring process, coordinating with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists and Division Directors.
Profile Optimization : Edit and produce professional candidate CVs and resumes, creating comprehensive profiles that highlight key strengths for our clients.
Administrative Support : Manage internal HR tasks including tracking PTO, leaves of absence, and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date database.
ATS Management : Ensure all candidate interactions and status changes are documented in real-time within our Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Native or C2-level English proficiency).
High-energy phone presence : Ability to build rapport quickly and professionalize every interaction.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and CRM / ATS platforms.
Fast-Paced Execution : Ability to multitask and prioritize "hot" leads in a high-pressure environment.
Technical Setup :
Minimum Specs : 4.0GHz quad-core processor, 16GB RAM.
High-speed internet (Minimum 40mbps upload).
Noise-cancelling headset (Required).
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of Communications, Mass Communication, AB Communication Arts, or BS Education major in English (preferred). Undergraduates are also welcome.
Experience :
Experience as an
ESL / IELTS administrator or advanced ESL teacher is a significant advantage.
Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling or live screening is preferred.
Skills : Typing speed of at least 40 WPM and expert-level grammar.
