Human Resource Officer ( Advertising company)

implementation of HR policies and processes, efficient delivery of performance monitoring, benefits administration, monthly reports, and any other HR related matters.

• HR Officer shall liaise closely with HR / Admin, Finance, Marketing, Production, and other

departments providing an efficient and effective HR support service to the organization.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Success oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.
• Skills : Employee relations, organizational, and critical thinking
• Pro-active, versatile, and, of good moral character.
• Productive and mature self-starter who can execute effectively with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must currently residing or willing to relocate at Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, and Makati, City.
