Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver digital marketing projects end to end without the need of management supervision through effective utilisation of resources
- Efficiently manage marketing operations workflow to enable team and project success - balance accountability and delegation
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving on projects without the need to always engage line manager
- Effective management of small team of marketers - sometimes remotely
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In the situations where satisfaction levels are at-risk, candidate must ensure timely escalation of issues to the management team
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing both marketing peers and key business stakeholders up to Director level with minimal supervision
- Manage a recruitment end-to-end and onboard and train new starters
- Providing induction or skills training to new joiners or other team members
- Sharing of digital marketing concepts / best-practice with wider global marketing team and Group stakeholders
Who You Are
You have at least 2 years' experience working in a digital marketing role (preferred) or marketing operations role (highly preferred)You have a proven track record of mentoring / coaching junior staffYou are a good communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersYou have a strong attention to detailYou have a knack for problem solvingYou have a passion and enthusiasm for digital marketingYou have good self-awareness and collaborate well in teamsDesirable / Additional skills
