Responsibilities

  • Regional sales growth, team performance, and compliant selling across Batangas
  • Territory Go-To-Market, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
  • Broker / channel partnerships and high‑impact field activations
  • Sales governance : PRC / RESA supervision and DHSUD LS‑only marketing

Must-haves

  • Proven territory / regional sales leadership (housing or related)
