QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree holder in Education, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• High level of competence in document preparation, including technical, compliance, and bid-related documents
• Strong English comprehension and professional written correspondence skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requirements and consistently deliver outputs ahead of or within strict deadlines
• Experience in government bidding, tender preparation, or compliance documentation is an advantage
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Driving skills with a valid driver’s license is an advantage
