Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course With 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management Preferably experienced in building materials, kitchen systems, or home improvement Strategic thinker with a passion for premium and customer-focused solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
The Business Development Manager will help grow the company presence in the Philippines by building strong partnerships with developers, kitchen studios, architects, and design professionals. This role focuses on expanding project opportunities, promoting premium products, and driving strategic growth in the developer and kitchen studio market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with top developers and kitchen studio partners
- Provide strategic recommendations that support partners and strengthen market growth
- Prepare and present compelling proposals for major projects
- Lead project coordination, meetings, and alignment with key stakeholders
- Conduct brand and product presentations to highlight innovation and design
