Job descriptionAt least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Outlook preferred) Must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license Professional, trustworthy, and discreet in handling sensitive information Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day and high-level support to our executive / manager. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and assisting with both administrative and personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business activities
- Maintain filing systems and manage confidential records
- Assist with personal tasks and drive the executive to appointments / events when required
