Job description

Responsibilities

  • Be a sounding board and trusted advisor to senior leadership in the product, engineering and data business units.
  • Champion data-driven decision making across the organization while embedding SaaS performance metrics into how the business operates.
  • Coordinate different technology teams to ensure appropriate data flow across our entire tech ecosystem, including CRM, ERP, billing platforms and the internal Core system.
  • Analyzing investment efficiency on innovation and R&D
  • Support leadership in regular business reviews with the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee comprehensive SaaS metric reporting and supporting architecture.
  • Support the broader FP&A team in the multi-year execution of Strategic Plan and the Annual Operating Plan process.
  • Assist with corporate development / M&A activities as required.

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of finance experience with a strong background in Commercial Finance, FP&A and / or strategic planning.
  • SaaS subscription billing system experience (preferably within the MS Dynamics ecosystem).
  • Significant experience in SaaS businesses with demonstrable knowledge of tech architecture required to support a scaling business.
  • Understanding of data flows between financial and non-financial systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ‘presence’ to challenge senior leaders, with ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrable commercial aptitude translating insights into tangible business benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling, especially with subscription-based revenue.
  • Proficiency with Modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and SQL, Python / R is preferred.
