CASE PACKER OPERATOR

The role is involve in cigarette manufacturing activities. Ensure that the quality of products, cigarette manufacturing materials

and other related activities are in accordance to the standard established by the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Involved in Cigarette case packing / end of line processing and activities.
• Responsible in running / handling the machines independently to produce quality products according to QA specifications with minimum “product ONHOLD” from the machines and achieving the target output with less downtime.
• Ensure to use right materials (such as pallets, ink, sticker , etc.) and within specification before running the equipment. Assures that all material, rejects, output will be accounted properly in accordance to inventory procedure.
• Ensure working environment is safe and take preventive measures by having safety awareness at all circumstances and following safety operation procedures.
• Practice good housekeeping by meeting 5S requirement and practice environmental protection activities. Ensure a clean and tidy workplace as well as adhere to all safety procedures. Maintain machine cleanliness to prevent dust accumulation and beetle infestation.
• Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.
