Marketing Coordinator (WFH)

About the Role

  • This isn’t a social media intern gig. You’ll be supporting key marketing projects, helping leaders stay sharp, and making campaigns run smoother than a freshly brewed espresso.
  • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Keep client projects on track by updating Asana tasks and timelines.
  • Support account managers with scheduling, notes, file wrangling & updates.
  • Draft newsletters and social content (first pass, not final say).
  • Manage social media calendars and post client content.
  • Tidy up decks, build light graphics in Canva, maybe Adobe if you’ve got it.
  • Help keep the team sane, organized, and smiling.
  • Requirements

    About YOU

  • You’re detail-obsessed with built-in batteries.
  • You like solving little problems before they become big ones.
  • You're curious — not just about marketing but how it all works together.
  • You already know the basics of tools like Asana, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • About YOUR Work History

  • You’ve got some experience — 5 years or more — helping in marketing, admin, or creative roles.
  • You’ve supported projects or clients before and kept things moving.
  • About the Culture YOU Thrive In

  • You like GIFs, good vibes, and getting things DONE.
  • You don’t need to be micromanaged (and you don’t want to be).
  • You’re allergic to drama and love a laugh.
