Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will manage daily orders, contact clients via phone and text using JustCall to complete bookings, and accurately update information in our systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming orders and coordinate with clients via phone calls and text messages.Update booking information and ensure accuracy in our browser-based systems.Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism while managing a high volume of calls.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve client inquiries.Requirements :
A computer and a reliable, high-quality internet connection.Strong communication skills, with experience handling phone calls and text messaging.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with logistics, including deliveries, collections, and warehouse operations, is a bonus but not essential.Independent Contractor Perks
